Update makes the app not work!!

Please make this app work. We have all now paid $10 for it, and it no longer works after the latest upgrade. This app is essential to monitoring the cameras at my business. I tried to contact you through your website, but I can not find a contact email address. Please fix ASAP. Or refund my $!!!!!
